The hotel features a pleasant ambiance with lovely decorations that help mask the noise from the surrounding area. Ideally located, it's just a short walk to various restaurants and shops. Especially Shafeek and Apple, provided really good service, which adds to the experience. The rooftop pool had limited space for loungers, and there were minor maintenance issues that could use attention. Dining at the venue showcases local and seasonal products.

Appreciated this incredibly beautiful hotel, easy to find, with pleasant staff from service and location and staff. The a twin room I stayed in was extremely spacious with bathtub.

The location is perfect. We loved being so close to the Mall of Emirates and found our spacious room cozy enough for the whole family, including our small dog. The decor creates a nice atmosphere, and the staff, especially Apple, made everything easy and enjoyable.

My kids wished for a more kid-friendly menu.

Units with bathtub. An electric kettle, a personal safe, and climate control - very useful. Absolutely perfect location, easy to get around Dubai by a subway station located close to the hotel. Walking distance to shopping centres and supermarkets across the street...

Still no slippers provided!!! It's frustrating that washroom lights were non-functional . I expected more attention to detail for maintenance!!! The rooftop pool lacked sufficient sun loungers, disappointing during peak hours.

The hotel was impeccably clean and the staff went out of their way to assist us, especially Arif, who helped coordinate transportation and made adjustments for our disabled child!

The rooftop pool could use more lounging space, particularly during peak hours.
